This 21-year-old Glenrothes 1997 Sherry Cask matured in a single sherry butt cask was bottled without colouring or chill filtration and yielded a total of 510 bottles at its hefty natural cask strength of 57.1%, equivalent to 100-proof in the old UK imperial system. A particularly sweet old school Glenrothes.
