This 15-year-old Speyside (M) was bottled from a mix of first fill and refill sherry hogsheads and butts and released at the Signatory Small Batch preferred strength of 48.2%. Another absolutely outstanding value Edrington-owned ‘mystery’ Speyside malt from Signatory, who are on an incredible run at present.
