A single cask Glen Spey 2007 17-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection, which is fast becoming the best value indie range for teenage cask strength whiskies.
This 17-year-old Glen Spey 2007 came from single cask 3, and was finished in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded 696 bottles at a particularly hefty natural cask strength of 57.3%. Glen Spey is one of Diageo’s least well-known distilleries, and has been making gin instead of whisky for the last few years, but hopefully they’ll get back to single malt production soon.
