This Connoisseurs Choice 30-year-old Pittyvaich 1992 came from Cask 4025, a single refill bourbon barrel that yielded just 88 bottles at its natural cask strength of 48.9%. Pittyvaich has been closed for a while now and new bottlings have slowed to a trickle, so this is a rare treat.
