This XOP 25-year-old Jura 1997 was bottled from Cask 16901, a single refill barrel that turned out just 131 bottles at its rather impressive natural cask strength of 56.6%. Long-aged natural Jura like this doesn’t come around too often – this should be fabulous stuff.
