Bladnoch was frequently bottled as an 11-year-old by former distillery owners the Armstrong brothers, but was reimagined in 2020 by Master Distiller Dr. Nick Savage who was appointed in 2019 by current owner David Prior.
2022’s Bladnoch 11-year-old, like its predecessors, has been matured in hand-selected ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46.7% without colouring or chill filtration. As an entry-level Lowland whisky, Bladnoch 11-year-old is superb value for money, and knocks the socks off several more famous Lowland distillery offerings.
