A cask strength 1997 Bunnahabhain single cask bottled way back in 2007 by indie superstars Signatory Vintage.
This 9-year-old Bunnahabhain 1997 came from a single refill sherry butt, which is probably the best kind of cask for Bunna, particularly if they’re to be bottled youngish. A total of 645 bottles were turned out at a cask strength of 59% back in 2007 – but we’d wager there’s not too many of these still undrunk.
