A single cask Glentauchers 1995 25-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2021 by indie bottlers Gordon & MacPhail as part of their amazing Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength range. Glentauchers 1995 Cask 5074 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its natural cask strength.
This 25-year-old Glentauchers 1995 came from Cask 5074, which was a first fill sherry butt cask that yielded a generous 595 bottles at a tempting 57% full cask strength. Glentauchers makes excellent single malt but has never really had a breakthrough bottling with collectors, so these indie casks are always great value.

Nose: Vanilla aromas combine with cherries and chocolate.
Palate: Sweet yet spicy with rich orange marmalade, stewed fruits and oak.
Finish: Lingering aniseed.
