1978 Glenfarclas from the latest batch of their great Family Cask series. Cask 746, a 4th fill hogshead, was bottled in December 2014 at 46.2% with an outturn of 189 bottles. Judging from the colour and the cask type this should be a wonderfully fresh, fruity and distillate forward expression of Glenfarclas. Expect wonders.
