A 1969 28 year old Glenrothes bottled in 1998 by Signatory after sole maturation in a sherry cask. An obscure but brilliant example of Glenrothes with a wonderfully dense dark fruitiness and notes of spiced raisins, cognac and treacle. Sumptuous and hugely satisfying stuff.
