This 14-year-old Speyside (M) 2011 was bottled from a small batch of first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry butts and released at the hearty Signatory Small Batch preferred strength of 48.2%. Another superb value ‘mystery’ Speyside malt from Signatory, who are on an amazing run with these Edrington Speysides at present.
