A 2007 vintage Dalmore 15-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled by the distillery in 2022 as part of their prestige Vintage Collection, with casks selected by whisky royalty Richard Paterson and Gregg Glass.
This 15-year-old Dalmore 2007 was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in a mix of Marsala wine casks and sherry casks that previously held Gonzalez-Byass’s remarkable Apostoles, Matusalem and Amoroso sherries. Bottled at a sturdy 46.5%, this is a rich, indulgent Dalmore packed with rich sherried flavour.
