This 26-year-old Glen Keith 1996 came from a second fill Oloroso sherry cask that turned out 635 bottles at its hefty natural cask strength of 58%. Andrew Symington has been choosing casks for Signatory for over 30 years now, and his track record is pretty extraordinary, so these Symington’s Choice casks will be spectacular.
