This Cadenhead’s 28-year-old Glentauchers 1990 was bottled from a single bourbon barrel that yielded just 114 bottles at a natural cask strength of 46.5%. A low-yielding bourbon cask with a naturally lower strength like this should be absolutely packed with flavour – we’d bet this will be a little gem from one of Speyside’s most overlooked distilleries.
