An old Glenmorangie 15-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled around 2000 at 43% – this expression was discontinued in the mid-Noughties shortly before the big Glenmorangie relaunch in 2007.
Always one of the connoisseurs’ favourites in its day, the 15-year-old Glenmorangie had one of the subtler finishes in Glenmorangie’s range, having begun maturation in ex-bourbon casks before a brief secondary finishing period in new oak casks.
