From the 3rd batch of releases (late 2020) from our friends at Woolf / Sung Spirits, we have this absolutely beautiful 38-year-old Bunnahabhain.
This whisky was distilled in 1980 and matured in a single ex-bourbon hogshead #3474 for 38 years.
It was bottled in 2018 at a cask strength of 44.7% and with a yield of just 267 bottles by Woof / Sung under for the Artful Dodger Whisky Collective series.
How Woolf / Sung can bottle a 38-year-old Bunnahabhain for under £350 I don’t know, maybe they did pinch the cask, who knows, who cares, its amazing value and amazing whisky.

Now here’s proof that the Dodger only steals the very best for the collective and they don’t come much better than this 38-year-old Bunnahabhain.
This beast of a Victorian distillery has produced a dram with tons of floral-fruity notes alongside the classic ginger spice that we know and love. Getting our grubby hands on this cask was no easy feat!
