A 1996 Auchroisk bottled in 2014 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseur’s Choice range. Bottled at a perfect drinking strength of 46% this displays quite a lean, cereal driven, lighter Speyside style with deft citrus and grassy notes and a lovely vanilla sweetness throughout.
