A single cask Aultmore 2011 14-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration by indie bottlers Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.
This 14-year-old Aultmore 2011 came from single cask 8, and was finished in a second fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead cask that turned out 340 bottles at a very hefty natural cask strength of 61.9%. A great value sherried Speyside malt.
