This 30-year-old Balblair 1993 came from single cask 1963, a first fill sherry puncheon that yielded 481 bottles at its impressive natural cask strength of 54.2%. Balblair is a robust old school Highland spirit that matures incredibly well in sherry casks, and long-aged examples are pretty thin on the ground, so you’ll probably need to be quick to catch this one.
