A small batch Benrinnes 1992 21-year-old Speyside single malt whisky, this was an official limited edition bottling at full cask strength for Diageo’s Special Releases in 2014.
Official bottlings of Benrinnes are infrequent due to the distillery’s importance for blending supplies. This 2014 bottling of 21-year-old Benrinnes 1992 was only the second Special Release edition from the distillery, and the third didn’t come along until 2024. This 1992 Benrinnes 21-year-old came from a small batch of sherry casks and was an edition of 2892 bottles at a robust natural cask strength of 56.9%.
