Bimber’s Da Hong Pao Tea Gin isn’t just some hipster nonsense – this is a seriously drinkable high strength gin, and yes, it does taste of juniper. Bimber’s Da Hong Pao gin has been enhanced rather than dominated by the tea, with delightful savoury oak, floral and exotic wood flavours.
Bottled at 51.8%, Bimber Da Hong Pao gin is fantastic with tonic and you can skip the slice of lemon or lime. An absolutely cracking gin.
