The second release by the guys at Woolf / Sung who also bottle under the name Artful Dodger Whisky Creative. This has a great mix of peat smoke and old school tropical fruit Bowmore.
This second release from Woolf / Sung was distilled at Bowmore distillery and matured in a Sauternes cask for 26 long years before being bottled in 2018 at 50.9% with an outturn of just 287 bottles.
The labels have a striking unique design and each bottle is hand-numbered and presented in a stainless steel black powder-coated bank vault case.

Tasting Notes
Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Raisin-lashed beach, charcoal smoke and burning heather with after notes of honeycomb and lemon sherbet.
Palate: Yuzu, Szechuan pepper and thin cut marmalade with subtle hints of peat and Manuka honey.
Finish: A still sea stretching to the horizon with a mist of peat smoke rolling over the surface. Lovely smoked sea salt, greengage and kaffir lime leaf.
