A 1991 Bruichladdich bottled in 2014 by Gordon & MacPhail for their CASK range. This one was matured in refill sherry hogsheads and bottled at 52.4%. A beautiful, distillate-driven dram with bags of classic Bruichladdich flavours. Lots of seashore complexity, green fruits and subtle nutty and sweet notes. A complex and rewarding dram.
