A bottle of Bushmills Caribbean Rum Cask Finish blended Irish whiskey, which was launched in early 2021 and has been a popular addition to the distillery’s range.
As the name implies, the malt component of this Bushmills blend includes whiskey finished in casks that formerly held Caribbean rum. Rum seems always to go well together with Irish whiskey, enhancing the spirit’s natural exotic notes and adding sweet syrup and tropical notes of its own. An easy-drinking 40% blend perfect for sweet-toothed Irish whiskey fans.
