This 10-year-old Caol Ila is from a pair of bourbon barrels of the 2011 vintage, bottled in 2021 at 46% for Signatory’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection. If you’re after a top quality Islay whisky at a great price, you won’t find a much better bet than this.
