This Adelphi Selection 13-year-old Caol Ila 2007 came from Cask 301264, a first fill sherry cask that yielded 297 bottles at its very promising natural cask strength of 50.8%. Adelphi’s cask selection is among the very best out there, and sherried Caol Ila of this age is always a delight for fans of the smoky sherry genre – this will be a textbook example.
