A 1996 18 year old Caol Ila matured in a refill hogshead and bottled in 2015 by Hunter Laing for their Old Malt Cask range. Caol Ila is almost always brilliant from refill wood, this 18 year old should be just perfect for anyone seeking a more mature peat driven dram. These sorts of casks are getting trickier to find nowadays sadly.
