A small batch Caol Ila 2003 bottled as a 12-year-old in 2016 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Private Collection in a limited edition of 4100 bottles at an easy drinking strength of 45%.
This 12-year-old Caol Ila 2003 was finished in casks that previously held the rich Super Tuscan red wine Sassicaia, and has developed a rich summer fruit character influenced with smooth milk chocolate, complemented by a peat smoke edge.
