A special edition of Chairman’s Reserve Original Gold rum, which is a blend of both  young and old bourbon-barrel aged rums from Saint Lucia Distillers’. 

This limited edition bottling of Chairman’s Reserve is the first release in the distillery’s Eco series of limited editions, and features a special wraparound label designed by local artist Daniel Jean-Baptiste. The colourful design celebrates the Saint Lucia Parrot, an example of endangered local wildlife towards whose preservation a portion of the profits from this bottling will be contributed.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Rich dark amber.

Nose: Typical pot still richness comes through the aromas carried by whiffs of cooked banana, caramelized fruits, and spicy oak-derived vanilla.
A well-balanced mid-palate provides structure around flavors of chocolate, golden raisin, tobacco, and clove.

Finish: Long creamy.
