Description
Single Cask Calvados
Bottled by: Little Brown Dog Spirits 50cl / 47.8%
A single cask Calvados distilled in 2016 by famed producer Christian Drouin and bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by free-spirited Aberdeen nonconformists Little Brown Dog Spirits, whose calvados is bottled as Petit Chien Brun.
Drouin make Pays D’Auge calvados, double-distilled on pot rather than column stills, and this 2016 Petit Chien Brun was matured the full six and a bit years in a white port cask before bottling at its natural strength of 47.8%. A serious treat for calvados fans.
