Similar in style to Strathmill, Craigellachie produces a fruity and sometimes tropical flavoured whisky thanks to its long fermentation process. This whisky is fruity and creamy with a slight hint of spice.

Nose: Sweet with floral aromas of apple blossom, pear and vanilla fudge.
Palate: Creamy with a hint of black pepper and lime that combines with aniseed and toasted oak.
Finish: Lingering liquorice and toffee.
