This 13-year-old Daftmill 2011 came from single cask 097, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt released at its massive natural cask strength of 59.8%. Single sherry cask Daftmills don’t tend to hang around for too long, so it’s better not to delay if you fancy one of these.
