Time for another Dailuaine from Duncan Taylor – this is a Dailuaine 2010, bottled in 2021 as an 11-year-old at cask strength 54.3%.
This Dailuaine started out in an ‘oak cask’ – usually this refers to a second or third refill cask – before a finishing period of four months in one of Duncan Taylor’s recoopered sherry Octave casks for a bit of extra fruity flavour. Just 92 bottles of this were yielded from the cask.
