Dalmore isn’t often seen at full strength without colour adjustment and independent bottlings are thin on the ground, so this is a rare treat. This all-natural 17-year-old Dalmore 2005 came from a single refill bourbon barrel that yielded 225 bottles at its natural cask strength of 56.2%, and we don’t expect it to be gracing our shelves for long.
