A 1980 vintage Bas Armagnac from Delord, an autonomous independent house. Delord is a family-owned company and, unusually, exercises total control over every aspect of their production, growing their own grapes and distilling their own field to bottle armagnacs.

This Delord 1980 vintage Bas Armagnac was distilled from a mix of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco grapes. After the harvest Delord vinifies each grape variety separately prior to distillation and this vintage was distilled only to around 57-60%, producing deeply fruity flavours and a robust spirit with a bolder character than comparable Cognacs.
