A single cask Dufftown 2010 15-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released in 2025 by indie bottlers Alistair Walker Whisky Co. as part of their Infrequent Flyers range.
Bottled without colouring or chill filtration, this 15-year-old Dufftown 2010 came from single cask 806200 and was finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon cask that turned out 290 bottles at a very sturdy natural cask strength of 55.7%. Dufftown is an underrated Speyside workhorse distillery whose main job is supplying owner Diageo with spirit for their blends, and whose single malt whisky is officially bottled for the UK as Singleton of Dufftown – but don’t let that put you off, this will be a very different beast.
