This 11-year-old Edradour 2014 matured in a small batch of Pedro Ximenez sherry casks originally filled in August 2014 and bottled in January 2026 at a hearty drinking strength of 46%. Edradour’s gutsy, characterful whisky is well able for PX sherry casks and starts to shine at this sort of age, so this should be a delight.
