A marriage of six ex-bourbon casks from Edradour’s 2007 vintage, this 13-year-old Edradour comes in the distillery’s Ibisco decanter, reserved for the cream of Edradour’s crop.
Bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its impressive natural cask strength of 58.7%, this 2007 Edradour 13-year-old is a limited edition of just 885 bottles, so the angels must have been pretty thirsty for those six casks. This will be splendid stuff.
