Sauternes is a deliciously sweet and elegantly-structured white dessert wine from Bordeaux, and rather than being a mere finish, this Edradour matured full term in the Sauternes casks, so expect some lovely apricot, white grape and honeysuckle flavours complementing Edradour’s characterful spirit.
