Eight Lands Organic Speyside Gin is a juniper-heavy London gin made with organic botanicals and the purest Scottish springwater at the Glenrinnes distillery, in the shadow of Ben Rinnes mountain – not to be confused with Benrinnes whisky distillery. Eight Lands organic gin is bottled at a hearty 46% for extra oomph.
Indeed, there are no plans at all to make whisky at Glenrinnes, despite its location in the heart of whisky country. Glenrinnes is an independent family-owned distillery founded in 2018 and was purpose-built for white spirits, making both its Eight Lands gin and vodka entirely from organic ingredients.

Nose: Intense juniper on the nose, backed up by fresh pine and citrus.
Palate: To taste, it’s spicy juniper balanced with tart red berry and citrus.
Finish: Hints of black tea and warm spice on the finish.
