A single cask 16-year-old Girvan 2006 single grain whisky bottled without colouring or chill filtration in 2023 by Cooper’s Choice for their Single Cask releases.
This Cooper’s Choice 2006 Girvan 16-year-old started life in American oak before being finished in what was clearly a rather generous Oloroso sherry cask, judging by the colour. A limited edition of 600 bottles at a hefty strength of 57.5%.
