A single cask Glen Albyn 1974 26-year-old Highland single malt whisky released in 1993 or 1994 by mail order independent whisky bottlers Direct Wines for their First Cask series.
This 26-year-old Glen Albyn 1974 came from single cask 1591, bottled without colouring or chill filtration at 46%. These Glen Albyns were extremely popular at the time and First Cask ended up bottling several sister casks to meet demand.
