Glen Elgin is often swept under the carpet and overlooked which is shame as it is often spectacular. This 24yo from Douglas Laing is a delicious cocktail of white and citrus fruits with a zing of minerals, fresh grass, cereals, boiler smoke, fragrant wax and a bite of spice. Scrummy stuff.
