This 2012 Glenallachie 11-year-old came from an Oloroso sherry butt that yielded a generous 662 bottles at its very tempting natural cask strength of 56.5%. Glenallachie is enjoying a much-deserved upswing in popularity, and full strength sherried versions like this will always be in demand, so you’ll need to be quick on this one.
