A single cask 1989 Glenallachie 31-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released in 2020 as a UK Exclusive bottling. This Glenallachie 1989 was bottled from Cask 6118 at full cask strength without colouring or chill filtration as the oldest expression in Batch 3 of the distillery’s single cask releases under Billy Walker.
Cask 6118 was a 31-year-old oloroso sherry hogshead that produced 339 bottles at a lip-smacking natural cask strength of 51.1%. Another absolutely superb 1980s vintage Glenallachie bursting with intense sherry character.

Colour: Rich Mahogany.
Nose: Heather honey, mocha, nutmeg, pineapple and eucalyptus.
Taste: Waves of dark chocolate, mocha and almonds, followed by orange zest, grapefruit and ginger.
