One of the latest batches of Glenfarclas’s brilliant ongoing Family Cask series. This is a 1997 from a sherry butt bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.8% in 2014 with an outturn of just 628 bottles. An interesting selection from what looks to have been a fairly light sherry butt. Should be very tasty stuff.
