First released in 2018, Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is the fourth release in the Experimental Series from the distillery and has proven popular ever since it first appeared.
As the name suggests, Fire and Cane is a most unusual peated Glenfiddich malt whisky aged in bourbon barrels and then finished in ‘Latin’ rum casks. The resulting whisky has a beautiful campfire smokiness balanced with a toffee sweetness.

Tasting Notes
Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Billowing soft peat notes, campfire smoke in the wind, rich, sweet toffee and zesty fresh fruit notes with a gentle spiciness.
Palate: Similar to a Highland peat campfire, oak notes and toffee dance. Sharp green fruit, sweet baked apple and soft smoke.
Finish: Lingering smokiness and sweetness.
