A single cask Glengoyne 2001 16-year-old Highland single malt whisky released by independent bottlers Cadenhead’s in 2017 for their 175th Anniversary series.
This 16-year-old Glengoyne 2001 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration from a single sherry butt cask that yielded 510 bottles at a very hefty natural cask strength of 56.7%. Glengoyne’s super-clean spirit really shines in sherry casks and at this age it should be phenomenal whisky.
