A single cask Glenlossie 1993 23-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released by indie bottlers Cadenhead’s in 2017 as part of their 175th Anniversary Single Cask range.
This 23-year-old Glenlossie 1993 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration from a single bourbon hogshead cask and turned out 216 bottles at its very impressive natural cask strength of 56.8%. Glenlossie is so overlooked that it’s almost anonymous, but the benefit for fans is that it’s always extremely well-priced. This one looks like a cracker for fans of ‘natural’ long-aged Speyside malts.
