A small batch Glenrothes 2015 10-year-old sherry cask Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by indie bottlers Signatory Vintage for their splendid 100-Proof Editions series. As with all Signatory’s whiskies, this Glenrothes was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
This 10-year-old Glenrothes 2015 came from a small batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts and was bottled at 100 UK Imperial proof, aka 57.1%. Glenrothes always shows well from sherry casks, and this should be an absolutely enormous dram.
